Rooms were very clean and we loved the turn down service. Staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was great and we loved the private rooftop bar for some quiet evening drinks.

I had a stunning view of the palace and gardens from my window. It is in a quiet area, within walking distance of metros, tourist sights and beautiful city views. There are many great restaurants nearby. The room was soundproof, extremely spacious, with decor that made me feel like I was a guest at the palace. The bed was comfortable. From now on, this is the only place that I'll stay in Madrid.
