Staff always very kind and open and helpful. The room on ground floor not too big but spotless and very, very quiet. The restaurant has and interesting menu, well prepared dishes, good recommendations. The parking is small but if yioou get a place is a high plus for only 16 euro (considering the location).

Eurostarts Palacio Buenavista has been beautifully integrated into a 16th century palace. It is located in Buenavista, only a 5-minute drive from the centre of Toledo. There is free Wi-Fi in... The hotel is wonderful. The room was large, quiet, comfortable and faced the sights of Toledo! Breakfast was excellent. The front desk was able to order a taxi to town within 5 minutes every time. While it was not in old town Toledo, it was in a very quiet location right next to an Aldi and within a 5 minute (10E) taxi ride to and from old town. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in great location, the reception gave us a tour to all the cool places located inside the hotel, the music rooms, the living room with all tea and coffee and drinks that are available, the surrounding areas we should go and visits.
