Santi's orange marmalade was delicious, and his insights into local culture and personalities was very enthusiastic and well-informed. The location of the Casa was perfect, on a quiet street right in the centre of the village, just a step away from the main square. We can heartily recommend the Restaurante Espana, a welcoming family-run place just 3 doors up the street.

This family-run guest house is situated in the centre of Puebla de Sanabria, 300 metres from the Castle and the Old Town. It offers free Wi-Fi and heated rooms with a flat-screen TV. We were given an early check-in and we were able to help ourselves to hot drinks out of hours in the cafeteria. the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful.
