Catalonia El Pilar is located in Zaragoza’s old town, 2 minutes’ walk from the central market and the Basilica del Pilar. It offers a modern gym, and rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Great location, right by the Pilar, easy parking and loading. Breakfast was excellent. I was in the Air Force in the 80s and we frequently came to Zaragoza for weapons training. We stayed out on the base nearby but would frequent the town when off. It has changed significantly in 40 years but was a blast to visit again. Highly recommended, its not even on the Rick Steve's list. Speaking of which, another hidden gem on the road from Madrid to Zaragoza is the Monasterio de Piedra, STOP there, its awesome!

Hotel Sauce is located in the historic centre of Zaragoza, just 50 metres from the iconic El Pilar Basilica. Wonderful staff. Very well run hotel. Very central.

It was very remote and the views of the mountains were incredible. Felt right at home, loved having a kitchen to cook in. Our host was so pleasant!

Valle Del Río Piedra อยู่ใน Carenas โดยห่างจาก Monasterio de Piedra 15 กม. และห่างจาก Monasterio de Piedra Natural Park 16 กม. Loved the amazing views, the cosiness of the apartment, amazing grounds and the short walk to the lovely, friendly bar in the village. Perfect for a little escape away with my mum.

Hotel rural reina Berta is set in Murillo de Gállego and just 50 metres from San Salvador Church. It combines original design with attractive, modern décor. The owner was super friendly and clearly had a love for life. We had a memorable evening...plus a few songs."Life is good" :-). The breakfast was super.

Located in the medieval town of Sos del Rey Católico, La Casa del Infanzón offers charming accommodation with views of the surrounding mountains. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Lovely place in centre of the village. Very atmospheric. The owners were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a lovely breakfast. We enjoyed being able to sit up on the terrace with fantastic views and there is also a very comfortable lounge downstairs. Would definitely come back.

Surround yourself in the Medieval ambiance of this historic hotel, which forms part of the old city walls of this ancient town in the countryside of Aragon. We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful little hotel. The location is great to explore the town and free parking was easy in the streets nearby. The hotel room is a good size, the bed is comfortable and the outlook was amazing. The breakfast was very good and our host made sure she put aside home-made almond cake for me as I am gluten-free.

Google maps is definitely misleading, one might need the help of the locals to find the place (we did). Also, great locals :)
