Offering a prime location in central Mariehamn, Hotel Arkipelag is just 50 metres from the marina. It offers free WiFi access and rooms with private balconies and satellite TVs. Breakfast was amazing and probably 9/10ths of the reason you should book here, too. The spread was incredible with the usual suspects: scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurts, bread station and coffee/tea. In addition they had various local fish including smoked fish (2 types), herring (3 types), fish roe (two types), local cheeses, and local fruits. It was phenomenal. They also have a left luggage facility which is secure.

Located by the sea bay, Eckerö Camping & Stugor offers accommodation in Eckerö. Eckerö Ferry Terminal is 10 km away. The cottages come with a kitchen, including a toaster, microwave and coffee... The room was clean, a bit stale smell but maybe it is what it is. The staffs was amazing! Very friendly at the reception/restaurant

The staff was super helpful and welcoming, and the building and surroundings charming. I've never stayed in prettier rooms! There's a sense of calm to the place, and almost a feeling of being transported back in time. The location is convenient for people driving and cycling, I'm sure, but also for people hiking! There's a bus stop right next to Amalia, which makes exploring Åland on foot convenient. With Amalia as your base camp, you'll have a lovely place to return to after your adventure. The breakfast was good, especially the homemade bread. And at the end of a whole day of hiking, there's nothing better than a cold bottle of lemonade, made in the factory right next door!

Wonderful views and beautiful nature surrounding. Breakfast was excellent and service and staff professional and friendly. This is a unique place that I would recommend any time to friends and relatives.
