Lapland Hotel Äkäshotelli har en fantastik beliggenhed og er ideelt for både langrendsløbere og bjergvandrere. Staff was great and the guy at the receptionnwent out of his way to accomodate us.

Kuerkaltio Holiday Village ligger 1,5 km fra Äkäslompolos centrum og tilbyder lejligheder med egen sauna samt fuldt udstyret køkken. Dyreparken Koninjänkä ligger 5 km derfra. Everything was perfect! The accommodation was fully equipped: sauna, fireplace, firewood, washing machine, dishwasher, and a clothes dryer! Everything is well explained! Sleds are also available at the reception! We had an excellent stay!

Loststar Apartments ligger i det populære skisportssted Ylläs og tilbyder moderne lejligheder med egen sauna, blot 1 km fra centrum af landsbyen Äkäslompolo. Very good location, next to the cross-country tracks. About 1 km to the shop/centre. It was, what we expected - tiny and clean accomodation, with basic equipment, sauna, kitchen. For 4 nights super. We wanted extend for whole week, but it was fully booked. We recomend it.
