Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. I was in the hotel for a week. In the middle of the trip I went to another island and returned back to the same hotel. I enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The girls at the front desk are very charming, courteous and helpful. The entire hotel staff is very eager to help.

We had a beautiful stay at Santorini palace ! Every single person from the staff was very kind, smiling and very helpful ! The hotel is beautiful and it has a great location few minutes walk from Fira and other points of interest . I thought it was a perfect hotel for a family with children and they even provided us with a cot for the baby . We had a room facing the pool and it was beautiful . Across the road from the reception you can see the caldera. It is the same view as in Fira but no tourists. I thought that was amazing . We would definitely love to come back !

Mia was incredibly kind and welcoming—I truly enjoyed our conversations and really appreciated all her helpful suggestions! My room was unexpectedly wonderful, with a stunning and peaceful view. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Wandering through the charming white Greek houses felt like stepping into a movie. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
