Great location with true hospitality from check-in to check-out. The grand deluxe room was very specious and quiet with an incredible central view. Loved to end a hectic day by taking a bath in the free standing bathtub at the window front watching the busy traffic at Bundaran HI outside. The breakfast buffet was great & OKU served excellent Japanese food. Thanks to all the friendly staff to make my stay truly amazing.

I celebrate in the Shangri La New Year's eve. It was beyond my expectations. The staff was so súper friendly and helpfull. The restaurants were fantastic. Can't wait to stay here again. The buffets for breakfast and dinner were absolutely spectacular! Really liked the light under the bed. Good light blocking curtains. Spacious shower with great water and temp. Check in was easy and they gave us cookies! Liked the additional security around the property.
