The staff was extremely friendly and helpful specifically Arief who not only made our stay excellent but when i lost my sunglasses ensured to ship them to my next hotel, covered the cost and confirmed they had arrived! Located a 19-minute walk from the iconic Borobudur Temple in Magelang, Plataran Heritage Borobudur Hotel offers an accommodation with a large outdoor pool in Borobudur. A Wonderful Stay Very cosy and clean hotel. The front desk staff were always helpful and ready to assist with anything. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety. The pool was lovely, and the location is ideal—just 10 minutes from the temple. The hotel is set within a large park, perfect for familie with kids(was not my case), with great spots for children: a mini zoo, basketball and badminton courts, a playroom, and more. Don’t miss the Patio Restaurant – it was absolutely magical!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me logistically. Everyone was friendly and the serene, peaceful environment and background was everything I hoped for. I love nature so this was ideal for me. Wish I could have stayed longer.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail—the cozy ambiance, the thoughtful amenities, and the little touches that made a big difference. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The hotel’s location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The on-site facilities, especially the restaurant were exceptional. I appreciated the variety and quality of the food. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
