A really lovely place to unwind and rest. The pool is quiet, clean and appears to be in the wilds of Sumatra, with a view of the Deli River and surrounding vegetation. Beautifully kept and maintained throughout the whole property.

Grand City Hall Hotel & Serviced Residences is situated in the heart of Medan. It is next door to the Bank Indonesia Complex. Room is clean, staff are polite and friendly. Location is good

I loved the waterfront bungalow! The staff were incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious! Loved every dish I tried... I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Nice swimming area also.

The manager was very friendly and so helpful when we had to adjust our travel plans. Thanks! We also hired a scooter here which was the best way to get around.

We loved our stay at Freddie's! We came here on our honeymoon, and it was amazing. We got in earlier than check-in time and planned on hanging out at the restaurant until check-in time. While eating (the delicious food and coffee), Freddie came up to us and congratulated us and told us he would get us into our villa early and even invited us into his private residence to wait comfortably (which is gorgeous). The villa itself was beautiful and right on the beach. There is a mini mart on the premises that has everything you might need. While staying at the villa, you can order food and get it delivered, and it's still hot! We received a delicious breakfast every day. The staff are absolutely awesome. My husband made good friends with them, and we were invited to a BBQ and other activities with them, where they showed us the local culture and food. The beach is perfect for snorkeling! There is so much beautiful sea life right outside the villa. We rented a motorbike and drove around the island to explore outside of the villa as well. Freddie helped us set up a taxi to get back to the port and was up bright and early with us to wish us goodbye. Highly recommend staying here! :)

Their food is delicious, the room is very good and comfortable. Their main strength is the staff that is super friendly and helpful!! They can arrange anything for you, anything is possible in the jungle!!! We also had a nice trek in the jungle with our guide Arman. Thank you!!

Hotell Grand Rocky asub Bukittinggi kesklinnas, Jam Gadangist ja Sianoki kanjonist 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hotellis on restoran ja konditsioneeriga toad, kust avaneb vaade linnale. Breakfast is super good. Love it. Keep it up.... Staff is very very friendly. Food is always hot and neat. Drink, fantastic, lots of choices
