Guilia has done a wonderful job of decorating the property in an artistic and inspirational manner. The property evokes happiness and relaxation.

Dating back to the 15th century, this rustic, countryside retreat is ideally positioned just 2 km away from the Medieval Quarter, the Palazzo Papale, and the Terme dei Papi thermal centre.

Taking a walk within the grounds of the farm will lead you to a little hill which offers a lovely view of the Palazzo dei Papi, which towers above Porta Faul and centuries-old city walls. This was one of our favorite places in all of Italy. The apartment was so comfortable and well appointed. The hosts were yhe best, kind and helpful. When my husband went down to see if he could bring me a cup of tea for breakfast, our host insisted on bringing a wonderful breakfast tray to our room! And as a great reminder of our stay, we were able to purchase new oil and preserves from their own orchards. Fabulous find!

Very clean and quiet with a spacious room. just outside town but very easy to drive 5 minutes to a free carpark that leads straight into the old town, which is absolutely lovely
