the hotel is located just in front of the lake , it only needs to cross a small road to join the boat pier . the room equipment , including bathroom was perfect just beside there is a small café belonging to the hotel where cocktails , or other cold or warm drinks and snakking are served ,and both were great ! the restaurant is also very well , foods was excellent and the staff vey nice and friendly , as were those of the hotel . breakfast was more than perfect .

Everything. The location is wonderful for all the attractions and shopping! The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful! The breakfast was impressive and delicious and full of variety! The location of the hotel is great. The room itself had an awesome view of the square. Extremely delicious breakfast. Detail-oriented staff.

Great location,close to everything. Very clean, quite apparent in a nice building. Only one thing to be added : is good to have less transparent curtains in bathroom,to have a feeling of privacy. I would recommend the place.

Wonderful! Location, breakfast, dinner, design and efficient staff. In Wednesdays the boat of the hotel takes the guests to the market in Luino and back. We received an upgrade and the room was with garden and lake view

The views are beautiful and it’s a fantastic area to stay in. The owner and staff were very friendly and hospitable. The food at the restaurant and complimentary breakfast were great.
