The views were gorgeus and the staff made us welcome from the beginning of our stay. The location was great and it was easy to explore Saint’Angelo and nearby locations.

The bar area where breakfast was served has a grotto with running water. All the staff was extremely responsive to any requests. The facility has its own parking.

It was not easy to get here, as the transportation in Italy was definitely not the best and enjoyable on earth; However, the overall experience we had in this hotel was unique and was really worth everything. The room was not particularly big, and the amenities were very basic—no TV, no fridge—just a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a shelf. However, it maintained the quiet and peaceful vibe of an old monastery. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. Every guest could visit the Monastery at no extra charge, which I think is a big plus to our stay. The breakfast provided was all-you-can-eat, very deliciated prepared and presented and all well seasoned. The complimentary welcome drink also tasted very nice. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful.

The true star is Christian who is an amazing host and made us feel at home. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, amazing at what he does. Stay here and you will be looked after very well. There are a small number of rooms so it never feels busy.

There is not much to add about the location and the beauty of the island. They are just as they are: perfect. But Giacomo and his spouse make the difference. For sure they love what they do. But what they do, they do it with love. We were picked up at the harbor. For a start. Then, when Giacomo heard it would be my wife’s birthday the day after, in the morning he dropped a red rose and a birthday card on the breakfast table (making it look it was from me). I wanted to do the same (yeah yeah of course) but he saved me the pain and the hassle. Look for no other place in Procida or for that matter in Italy. The hosts - through their property and their kindness of spirit - bring up the best of this nation. Thank you Jack - you made a short weekend unforgettable. You are the best marriage counsellor and very cheap at that. This is an 11 out of 10. Take it for granted folks. Book early cause there ain’t many rooms. And be prepared to enjoy the trek up and down to the property - the best for digestion and views at night.
