BelgiumBeautiful view from balcony, spacious bedroom and comfortable bed, very good housekeeping, bathrobes provided, toiletries were excellent. All of the thermal pools were beautiful and nice. Great pool chairs and towel service. Many beautiful private areas on the grounds, lots of flowers and lemon trees, outdoor seating. Quiet. Very nice breakfast with more amazing views. Excellent WIFI. Welcome drink too.

Are all the pools work from the mid April? If I book via Booking. com my stay with breakfast, may I add finner/ half board, and what is the price. If there is any entertainment in the evening? Thanks in advance, ElenaThe pools are working from 14th April. Half board arrangement has a cost of 70€ per person, per dinner if you choose it for the entire stay. Dinner can be added in hotel and you can choose the "menù a la carté". Live piano music from 7PM to 12PM.Answered on 20 February 2022

Is the beach easily accessible for those with some mobility issuesThe beach is easy to reach with our shuttle that run at any time from 8am until midnight and in two minutes reaches the town and the beach. Arrived with the shuttle there are few meters + few stairs ( about 10 ) to make in order to be at the beach.Asked about: Junior Suite • Answered on 14 December 2021
