Location was excellent really enjoyed the sea platform and staff were very helpful especially Giovanna on reception no matter what we asked of her she went above and beyond to make our stay special

Everything about this hotel was top-notch! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was very decent with a good selection. The hotel sits on a stunning, slightly elevated location that offers the most beautiful view of Ischia. On top of that, the thermal water pool was fantastic, surrounded by perfectly clean sunbeds and umbrellas. We had a wonderful summer vacation here!

Loved the location, the choice of pools and the steam room especially! The staff were attentive and approachable. My children were treated very well looked after by the staff. The fornicular was a fun way of transporting back and forth to and from the hotel. We stayed in room 3 which was a lovely room and well maintained, with a balcony overlooking the resort and the sea. There is a few steps to get to there though!

My stay at this hotel was truly a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I especially appreciated that towels and bed linens were changed regularly, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. All praise for the organization and the staff’s dedication to their guests – it really makes a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained stay with excellent service!

We stayed here for 4 nights. It is a taxi ride away as it’s a private resort. We did not mind this but it’s good to know before you come. We actually got engaged here on the last night and the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne. Such kind staff. Food is gorgeous - we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here. Great gym, gorgeous pools & area to swim in the sea. We loved our stay!

It’s a lovely home like property. Very good location and close to buses, yet calm in the evenings. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful. One feels at home.

This hotel was our best choice. We enjoyed every day of our stay here. The room was very comfortable, with a fridge, air conditioner, an outstanding view and big terrace. Room was cleaned every day! It was a perfect choice for our kids as well as they could safely go outside whenever they want. Many thanks to the hotel staff members who have been extremely helpful and have always supported us with every our request. Breakfast was delicious, all products of good quality and fresh. We had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant, with a panoramic view, excellent food and service. If you plan to rent a car, the hotel provides parking space for all the guests, free of charge. If we come to Ischia again then for sure we're going to stay in this lovely hotel.

Very good location, close to port, bus station and all main connections on the island. Friendly staf. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast with very welcoming stuf.

Great hotel in the centre, near the beach and all restaruants. Very helpful staff, tasty breakfast and stuning rooftop teraces.

We actually got stuck on Ischia due to a local festival that was stopping boats from leaving the island so booked this late. Really reasonably priced, nice room in town and just a gorgeous place to wake up in. Would absolutely return.

The hotel offered a basic continental breakfast. Bowls for the cereal could be larger and milk on offer with other beverages on the breakfast table. It was very clean and the size of the bed in the single room was perfect
