He even gave me to keep an electrical adapter for my cell phone - as my adapter was in my bag lost by the airline. Do not miss this amazing place!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, going above and beyond by upgrading my room and leaving thoughtful notes. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic, really close to the train station.

An elegant hotel in a great location in old Pistoia. The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

The property is truly unique and really beautifully converted. Each and every one of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very comfortable and incredibly clean. The property is outside of the hustle and bustle of the main city center which is a welcome break from the chaos but still just a 15-20 minute walk to all the sites. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel has loads of nice bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Florence.

We loved the authenticity and good taste in decorating the place. The hosts were very friendly and discreet. Super-clean room and breakfast focused on quality products rather than wasteful quantities of food. The view from our room was breath-taking. And the cat we met at the outdoor space was magnificent! Central location in the village - you can go eat & drink on foot. It was open in mid-January and we loved the quietness of the place.

The room is as shown in the pictures. Very nice property with back garden. In 5 min walking you cross one of the doors to the historical centre and also the walls, so location is excellent. Also, private parking was extremelly convenient. Breakfast was excellent with fruits, fresh bread and croissant, juice, charcuterie, cheeses, egg. Very complete breakfast. Everyone there is very nice! And if I go back to Lucca I will stay there again.
