Vi möttes av Daniele i receptionen vid våran sena ankomst. Trevlig, glad och väldigt serviceminded kille. Vi blev uppgraderade utan extra kostnad samt att han såg till att skicka olika resturang förslag till oss under kvällen så att vi skulle få en sån fin upplevelse som möjligt. Mycket vänlig och professionell. Exakt som man vill bli bemött vid ankomst. Hotellet låg mitt i smeten och det var promenads avstånd till allting. Vi kommer definitivt att återvända till detta hotell nästa gång vi besöker Florens. Stort tack vare Daniele som fick våran vistelse att kännas speciell.

7Florence offers rooms in the centre of Florence, a few steps from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. WiFi is free throughout. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and towels. One of the best places we stayed in Europe. Excellent location close to station and hassle free. It was a family room and very neat and clean rooms. Highly recommended - We felt like home. I’m also particularly impressed how they reached out to me and provided clear instructions to checkin when we were arriving late.

This is a brilliant hotel, well placed just across the Arno from the chaotic city centre. Set back from the road, with a lovely courtyard, it provided us with a quiet and comfortable haven. Our room was spacious and well designed, also very quiet indeed. The breakfasts were delightful and plentiful, with excellent service. The bar service, in the lobby, was great. We really appreciated the on-site parking, which is rare in Florence.

Lucca in Villa Lucrezia erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi i Lucca. Här finns också gratis gästparkering. Alla rum har en platt-TV med satellitkanaler. De egna badrummen har bidé och dusch. Villa Lucrezia was a lovely experience during our stay in Lucca - the ideal location, spacious rooms, tasty breakfast, free parking, not to mention the kind staff, made our time there highly enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Lucca - highly recommend!
