He gave us hints about the local ski hill and prepared the most delicious breakfasts. The accommodations were very relaxing with the wood burning stove and A frame window view. Would highly recommend.

La Pension Lavender, completamente para no fumadores, se encuentra a 10 minutos en taxi de la estación de tren JR de Furano. Great location, located within a few minutes walk to the ski lift. Beautiful, peaceful ski lodge. Comfortable and spacious beds and rooms. Very clean and tidy. Handy to have breakfast offered and it was always delicious and every day was something different being offered. There was another parking right outside. Good selection of free teas and coffee in the lodge. While there is no kitchen, the staff have got plates and cutlery you can use and a microwave and hot water.

The hosts are wonderful, the food is to die for and there are so many nice touches like the in house onsen. I can’t recommend this place enough and really hope I have the opportunity to return. Also, easily the best value of anywhere I’ve stayed in Japan on my ski trip.

The kitchen was very well laid out & with everything you need. We really liked hanging out in front of the fireplace after skiing. the ski storage & gear drying area was very convenient. the managers Neil & Fernando were very nice & helped us out, making calls in Japanese to various places we needed to contact.

The children-friendly hotel, Hotel Naturwald Furano offers a play area for kids and accommodations with free Wi-Fi and mountain or city views. we will miss you and the free hot chocolate, free snacks, free beer, free wine, free whiskey, free coffee and the Onsen. We didn't want to leave. Breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing.
