The breakfast provided was very good and the communal dining area was warm and inviting with a fire burning. The whole building was warm, well lit and very clean. Excellent ski drying room. The Prince Furano Ropeway ski lift was only 1.4km away which we drove to. The Japanese bath was a real bonus to use at the end of a hard days skiing. Joon was a generous and friendly host.

We loved the proximity of the slopes We hired three of the 5 chalets, all had their own entrances and so were great for 3 groups of 4 people. The sitting room area meant all 12 of us could meet and eat together. Would highly recommend if skiing in Furano. To get to the main supermarkets in Furano you need a car. We managed perfectly by hiring one car and most of the group getting the airport shuttle which stops fairly close by

Jimmy was very accommodating and helpful even before and throughout the trip, offering advice and even rides to the ski slopes and Furano city wherever possible. The place is well organized, kept warm during the winter season and clean. Water and hot coffee is provided free at the hall area. Jimmy cares to check your schedule and offer to send and pick you up from the ski resort or town area if there is no other conflicting schedule. His wife is an exceptional cook and we highly recommend having breakfast and dinner at the Pension - it is affordable and full of warmth. The serving is better than many restaurants food. A must try if your trip schedule fits the timing. We had a great stay here and will come back again.

Across the street from the Kitanomine Gondola Terminal, Fresh Powder Apartments include a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and flat-screen TV with Playstation 3. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. Just about everything. We were late coming in from the airport, and the staff stayed back till 8pm to wait for us, much appreciated! The apartment was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Comes with a big (common) drying room downstairs for ski gear. Our apartment faced the ski slopes, and it was amazing to wake each day to the beautiful white snow. Note: it will be much more convenient to drive, rather than rely on public transport.

A 10-minute taxi ride from JR Furano Train Station, the completely non-smoking Pension Lavender offers a homely lounge with a wood-burning stove and a large flat-screen TV. The heated rooms have free Wi-Fi. Great location, located within a few minutes walk to the ski lift. Beautiful, peaceful ski lodge. Comfortable and spacious beds and rooms. Very clean and tidy. Handy to have breakfast offered and it was always delicious and every day was something different being offered. There was another parking right outside. Good selection of free teas and coffee in the lodge. While there is no kitchen, the staff have got plates and cutlery you can use and a microwave and hot water.
