Kaname Inn Tatemachi is set in Kanazawa, 800 metres from Kenrokuen Garden and 1.1 km from Kanazawa Castle. They took such good care of us! We got such a thorough introduction to the city and they were able to get us a last minute reservation for a tea ceremony (Shout out to Raquel at reception). The room and bed were very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is great and the downstairs bar has a very nice ambiance. We had a great stay, the best of our trip, highly recommend!

Kanazawa Guesthouse Stella ligger i Kanazawa, inom 2,6 km från Kanazawa station och 3,6 km från Myoryuji - Ninja Temple. Shuji made us feel very welcome the moment we arrived. His warmth, friendliness and generosity as well as his local information and recommendations outshone any guide book or Google search. The entire place was spotlessly clean and cosy. Although the rooms were small, the bunks were comfortable with nice linen and cosy duvets and there was room for luggage. The common area was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal or tea and coffee. The location in the historical Higashi Chaya district was ideal. Easy to get to by bus from Kanazawa Station. Walking distance to a supermarket, Kenrokuen Gardens, museums, restaurants. Very quiet within Stella as well as where it is located.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room that was very spacious, blending traditional and modern elements. It was extremely comfortable, with all the necessary facilities and great staff. The breakfast was excellent as well. The location is central, about a 15-minute walk to the station. Overall, our stay was superb!
