Waqoo Shitaderamachi is situated in Tennoji, in Osaka. The accommodation is 500 metres from popular areas such as Tsutenkaku and Shinsekai. Location is excellent, in a nice and evolving part of the city. Breakfast was unique, very interesting and diverse, according to Buddhist practices. Rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is extremely polite. It was definitely and authentic experience.

Our stay at Kyoto Takasegawa Bettei was absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from Kyoto Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, beautifully designed with a mix of modern comfort and traditional Japanese style. Every detail felt thoughtful and elegant. The service was truly next level — the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto — it’s a hidden gem that offers true Japanese hospitality.

Location is the best. Close to everywhere. The staff speaks english very well. Many activities such as origami and calligraphy for free cause this place is basically a visitor center.

Newly opened in August 2016, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Ekimae offers accommodations with free WiFi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk away. 位置非常好，有地下通道直接连接京都站，下雨天不淋雨。酒店服务很棒，可以在check in前或后寄存行李，这点非常方便早到或晚离的游客，必须赞！

Opening in March 2014, Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shinmachi Bettei offers accommodations with a modern yet traditional décor. I like their spa, it has CO2 in it which makes you feel like you’re sitting in a tub filled with coke. Quiet neighbourhood.
