When we called from the train station near by, the hotel fixed shuttle bus for us, which was very helpful. It was very good for family with small children as well. We all enjoy very much together. The view from the room was excellent.

Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae offers a 24-hour front desk and simply decorated accommodation. I loved that you get a welcome drink ticket to exchange for an alcoholic beverage of your choice in the dining area. They also had free soba and drink bar with soft serve ice cream until 10pm! It was a wonderful treat at the end of your long day and set us up for a comfortable sleep that night. We picked up amenities at the front desk which was nice so we grabbed only what we needed for the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We slept really well that night.

There's also a Family Mart at the ground floor with a connecting entrance to the hotel's lobby. The staff were very professional and polite. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and quite spacious than what I expected. Very good value for money. The toilet and the bath area were separated which I really liked. A lot of Japanese hotels I've stayed in had the toilet and the bathtub in one cramped area, so this was different. Since there's no need to step into the bathtub, it's a good option for anyone who may not be able to use a bathtub. My room wasn't cleaned everyday, but they did provide new towels and amenities which they left outside the door. For those who would like to use the luggage delivery service, they offer it. I highly suggest to use this service if you'd like to travel comfortably if going to other places in Japan.
