Onsen muito agradável. Hotel bonito e muito bem decorado. Jantar (fizemos meia-pensão) delicioso - o melhor da cultura gastronómica japonesa, seja no sabor, seja na apresentação.

Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae offers a 24-hour front desk and simply decorated accommodation. This hotels is the best hotel I have stayed in while travelling in Japan ! This is the best chain I found. There are many things to mention so I will review this in points - 1. The check-in was fast and hassle free. The staff was polite and explained about the room and amenities and services they provide. 2. They offer free welcome drinks and free soba ( which was very tasty) free drinks ( tea , coffee, soft-drinks ) and ice cream. 3. The room is big ! And very clean. The attached bathroom is also spacious. It has a big bathtub. Every thing is good about the room. They provide both smoking and non-smoking room. 4. There is a huge flat screen tv in the room that allows you to log into your Amazon or Netflix (which not every hotel provides in Japan ). 5. They provide coin-laundry services and the washing machines are so clean ! No lint, no dirt ! 6. The breakfast is awesome. So many options in food and drinks ! 7. They also provide free toiletries and good quality amenities. You get bath salts and face sheet masks and face cleansers , facewash , moisturisers and many other things so you won’t have to buy any of these things. 8. The best thing is its location. Very near to Sendai station and there is a don quijote near by and it is surrounded by so many huge market streets and malls like parco 1 and 2 and s pal

A 3-minute walk from JR Sendai Station, Sendai Washington Hotel features modern rooms, free WiFi and a 24-hour reception. Great location! It's near Sendai Station and shopping malls. There's also a Family Mart at the ground floor with a connecting entrance to the hotel's lobby. The staff were very professional and polite. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and quite spacious than what I expected. Very good value for money. The toilet and the bath area were separated which I really liked. A lot of Japanese hotels I've stayed in had the toilet and the bathtub in one cramped area, so this was different. Since there's no need to step into the bathtub, it's a good option for anyone who may not be able to use a bathtub. My room wasn't cleaned everyday, but they did provide new towels and amenities which they left outside the door. For those who would like to use the luggage delivery service, they offer it. I highly suggest to use this service if you'd like to travel comfortably if going to other places in Japan.

I loved staying here—the view in the room I got was nice and what I imagined. Fast wifi as I am working whilst travelling, telly has Netflix and other streaming services, loved that I can sit by the window, comfy pillows though the bathroom lighting could’ve been better but all good! Staff are also very very kind and helpful!
