Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Nous avons adoré la maison typique japonaise où nous avons dormi à 5, la gentillesse et l’accueil du propriétaire (et de son chat) et du personnel, le délicieux curry servi le soir.

Situé à seulement 5 minutes de route du port ferry de Miyajima en navette gratuite, le Miyajima Seaside Hotel offre une magnifique vue sur l'océan. This hotel is a great budget option for a ryokan experience! I paid much less than what is quoted at other places but it definitely felt like a luxury experience. The traditional Japanese room is huge! And the dinner plus breakfast were very delicious and extravagant. I struggled to finish the kaiseki dinner. The staff were so helpful and polite. They even brought all my luggage to the room from the ferry terminal. The shuttle makes everything very convenient as it is farther from the main sights. The onsen was clean and very comfortable.

Everything from being picked up from being picked up from the ferry to checking out was perfect. The staff were so attentive. The food was delicious, and having the option to book the private onsen every day. If you get a chance to book here do it, it's well worth it.

Le Kikunoya se trouve à seulement 7 minutes à pied du sanctuaire d’Itsukushima, un site classé au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Very nice hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff friendly, and the foot bath in front of the hotel was very welcome.

Situé juste en face de l'aquarium de Miyajima et à 5 minutes à pied du sanctuaire d'Itsukushima, le Mizuhasou vous propose un hébergement affichant une décoration à la fois moderne et traditionnelle. Great location , close to town and the red Tori. Spacious comfortable room, view of the forest in the back, nice building with a restaurant downstairs with excellent food. Great breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. You can leave your bags if needed. We walked from the ferry, 20-30 mns. Great bath/tubs. Everything works well.

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. My partner (now my wife) and I have always loved the view of the iconic torii gate in Miyajima. While looking for a highly rated hotel in the area, we came across ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA and decided it would be the perfect place to celebrate her birthday, and secretly, I was planning to propose to her on that special day. I initially reached out to the hotel just to ask if they offered any simple in-room proposal decorations. To my surprise, Haruka and Yuriko responded with so much enthusiasm and so many thoughtful ideas — from how to hide the ring box, to when they could prepare the room while we were out, to setting up a beautiful arrangement. On top of all that, they even upgraded our room as a surprise. It was all far more than I ever expected. A huge thank you to Haruka, Yuriko, and everyone at ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA. Your kindness, genuine warmth, and incredible attention to detail made this such an unforgettable experience for us. We’ll always remember how you helped us on one of the most important days of our lives — and we absolutely plan to come back. As for the hotel itself: the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from Itsukushima Shrine. It means you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views both early in the morning and later at night. Our room was elegantly designed, with top-quality amenities and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. And the meals — dinner and breakfast — were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. This is the most memorable and enjoyable hotel stay I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA to anyone looking for a truly special, relaxing experience in Miyajima.

L’établissement Miyajima Hotel Makoto vous accueille à Miyajima, à respectivement 2,3 km et 600 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Plage Tsutsumigaura et Pagode à 5 étages de Miyajima. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the location was perfect. Walking distance to and from the ferry and restaurants. We had a large room which was perfect for our family of 4. 👌
