Exceptionally clean, best customer service, nice little breakfast, hot tub was great and bespoke. Stayed out in the rain to bow and send us off. Such great service.

Situado no Mar Hyuga-Nada, o ANA Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki (formerly Palm Beach Hotel) oferece piscina ao ar livre, karaokê e 4 opções gastronômicas. Super place to stay. Not your typical Holiday Inn. We think this is the best place to stay in Miyazaki, which is actually in Aoshima, or right next to it, and I think much better place to stay than the huge city of Miyazaki proper. The Ana hotel is right on the ocean with a great walk through the ocean park along the beach to the Island of Aoshima with a beautiful shrine and walk around the island. Check out the nearby Boranical Gardens. Watched dozens of surfers each morning out in the big surf from our 7th floor room. Spectacular views. Room was big and very comfortable. Furniture was in good condition, appropriately a bit older style to match the decor off the hotel. Well-kept and extensive fountain and garden grounds outside the hotel. Staff is great, with some good English speakers. They have accurate bus connection information (stops right at the hotel). Eat tasty fresh oysters you grill at your table at the Fisherman's Coop in town. Food delivered to your table by robot! Several food trucks near the beach. Also a restaurant by the beach public foot bath will cook seafood for you in natural hot water. Perfect!

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Resort. The weather was terrible that days in Miyazaki, but it was not an issue as there several amenities in the resort that we used.We had almost no time to use all of them in the two nights that we spent there. We specially enjoyed the swimming pool, fitness room, the onset and the karaoke.
