Surrounded by lush greenery, Mampei Hotel offers free WiFi and free on-site private parking. JR Karuizawa Station is a 10-minute drive from this non-smoking accommodation. We had a wonderful stay at Mampei Hotel, a beautiful hotel with a long and rich history. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Mr. Komiyama (if I got his name right), who went out of his way to assist us. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful, and it was special to stay at a place once frequented by John Lennon. Our room was elegant and comfortable, with a private onsen bath, and breakfast was thoughtfully prepared to accommodate our dietary restrictions. The scenic drive in and proximity to the old Ginza street added to the charm. A truly memorable and happy experience.

El AIBIYA ofrece zona de barbacoa y guardaesquíes y se encuentra en Yamanouchi, en la región de Nagano, a 4,1 km del parque de los monos de Jigokudani. El concepto del hotel me encantó. El desayuno muy rico. Super céntrico y cerca de lo que queríamos visitar. Los encargados del hotel muy amables y agradables. Fue una estancia corta pero muy agradable. Amé la cama.

Raicho Onsen Inn se encuentra en Matsumoto, a 39 km de The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y acceso a pie de pista. Es un lugar muy acogedor y especial. Tiene varios onsents con agua alta el sulfuro con unas propiedades muy buenas para la salud. La habitación fue muy cómoda. También disponen de cocina e incluso tienen para preparar café de filtro. Fue de mis lugares favoritos de Japón.

Located in Karuizawa, Kyukaruizawa Kikyo, Curio Collection by Hilton is situated a 6-minute walk from Kyu Karuizawa Ginza Dori shopping street. Location is superb. The shuttle was really helpful. The service is impeccable. Breakfast was amazing.

El B&B Hotel Hyochoan, inaugurado en agosto de 2012, ofrece alojamientos sencillos de estilo occidental. The hosts are so nice and they picked us from karuizawa station to the hotel and sent us to the station after check-out. They also drove us to the hot spring nearby with bath towels provided. The homemade breakfast was amazing as well. We will stay there next time for sure.

Exceptional accomodation offering comfort and exquisite cuisine right next to Togakushi Houkosha Shrine. The Hostess greeted us and gave us a tour of the expansive ryokan. Our tatami room was wide with a beautiful view of the yard. Our sumptuous dinner was beautifully presented in a dining room, there were 5 exquisite courses from fresh and delicious ingredients. Breakfast was wonderful as well. We had a wonderful and restful sleep on the tatami as rain drizzled throughout the night. The hostess gave us an early farewell as she had to attend a hospital appointment for her husband’s diagnosis. We wish her and her family well, and appreciation for their wonderful hospitality and exceptional meals. Highly recommended stay in Togakushi!

El Daymaruya Ryokan dispone de baños de aguas termales y alojamientos tradicionales de estilo japonés con conexión gratuita a internet por cable. Los dueños son una pareja encantadora, amables y nos ayudaron a mis hijas y a mi, en todo lo que necesitamos. Tienen un onsen en su hotel y la verdad que es maravilloso, limpio y con el agua súper agradable. Se portaron maravillosos con nosotras! Si tengo que volver a Shibu Onsen, volvería de nuevo con ellos, sin dudarlo. 100% recomendado!

Personal muy amable. Comida y desayuno fantástico, transporte para la estación y los monos gratuito disponible y muy cómodo y limpio.

Peanuts House Kumakuma está en Nozawa Onsen, a 32 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani y a 41 km de Zoológico de Suzaka. The owners were so kind and it felt like we were at home.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They picked us up from the train station and took us to 7-11 whenever we wanted. Helped us with the ski pass as it was cheaper with them. As well as the ski rental. This place is the best place to stay which is close to the ski place area. It’s cheap affordable and worth it. Highly recommend it .
