The room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was delightful and professional, always greeting us with a warm smile. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant also offered a wide selection of delicious dishes — we enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there three times. The bar service was also excellent and very friendly. We would definitely love to return next year and spend more days at this wonderful hotel with such fantastic people.
