Visal Sak Guesthouse, a property with a garden, is situated in Kep, 2.8 km from Kep Beach, 25 km from Kampot Pagoda, as well as 4.8 km from Kep Jetty. I can't say enough good things about Visal Sak. It's the kind of place, if you like living near the beach, jungle and mountains, you could stay for months on end. The Cambodian lady who runs the place is a wonderful cook of various cuisines. Asian, Italian, American, you name it. She also books tours and transport. Cleaners are very good and friendly. And the value is incredible. Spaghetti Beef Bolognese, huge plate, for less than usd 5. Incroyable!! Visal Sak is a huge concrete fortress-like building right on the highway, but goes way back, so in rooms can be quiet.

Saravoan Hotel is perfectly located right on the beachfront, with stunning sea views from our room. The room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was delightful and professional, always greeting us with a warm smile. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the service was outstanding. The restaurant also offered a wide selection of delicious dishes — we enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there three times. The bar service was also excellent and very friendly. We would definitely love to return next year and spend more days at this wonderful hotel with such fantastic people.
