Clean and spacious room. Lots of activities to do with children. The infinity pool and water park were superb. Tried the Korean bbq restaurant, eating outside in a tent, which was really yummy. Superb location. Friendly staff.

The staff are professional, courteous, and responsive. I have been coming to this every year for the past 6 years and they consistently great.

It is also within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The rooms are quite large, clean, and the view from the window (ocean view) was nice. The complimentary water bottles and refrigerator were nice.

The Hotel Concierge Team was very helpful when we had difficulty hailing a taxi back to our hotel from the Yongpyong Resort, as we didn't have a local phone number. We sent them a WhatsApp text requesting a taxi, and within 1 minute, the taxi had been booked.
