We enjoyed our room very much, which was very clean and super comfortable. The location in Zocalo is excellent, and the rooftop has an amazing view at the square. The breakfast was amazing, as well as the free snacks during the day. The staff was very helpful.

The price did not match my expectation - because it was much better than I was expecting with an amazing view! :) We loved the room, the hotel had a great vibe, the location was central and safe, an easy walk to museums and parks. The staff and the concierge desk were fantastic and even helped us book a table at Ticuchi restaurant nearby which was not available online, such great food and an amazing experience.
