Posada de la Aldea is 650 metres from the Allende Park and 10 minutes’ walk from San Miguel de Allende Historic Museum. It features an extensive garden, swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. Lovely atmospheric hotel very close to the centre with a parking (not easy to find in San Miguel). Very beautiful grounds that made our children happy and us assured that they are safe outside. Attentive and unintrusive staff. Good quality hot water shower (again, not a given in Mexico, even in good hotels). Decent wi-fi. Comfortable beds.
