A beautiful, peaceful setting, the price included buffet breakfast and dinner which were tasty, plentiful and catered for vegetarians. The staff were friendly, special call out for Donny, and professional. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The shuttle service to and from the airport and park was reliable, and there was good wifi in the bar/reception area.

New feature of going eco friendly with including the water filter tap in the bathroom was a first experience for us. Haven't seen it in other countries. Others include only glass bottled water to minimise their plastic consumption efforts. Great job Pullman hotel.

After leaving the hotel and getting back the room after few hours, it was already fixed!!! Perched on top of a hill, this resort is surrounded by the tropical rainforests of Borneo. 設備は旧式だが、ホテル内で用が足りる感じ。朝食も美味しかったです。
