Everything was perfect, attentive staff beautifull garden,big rooms, great pool and very nice food for reasonable price. Massages were also amazing. Great before headong of or returning from jungle.

Very clean and the shower had great hot water I loved it . Staff also are very kind and helpful . I stayed 1 day for a transit n will probably book again on my way back

Del Castillo Plaza asub Pucallpas peaväljaku ees ning pakub tasuta WiFi-ühendust ja kontinentaalset hommikusööki. Kohapeal on piirkondlik restoran ja ärikeskus. The Staff are excellent. They go out of their way to assist you. I do not speak Spanish and they were so accommodating. I will stay here again for sure. Pucallpa can be a little bit of a culture shock, but once you get used to it and relax a bit, it's pretty cool. The people are friendly and helpful. I never felt unsafe there. I got good prices shopping and never got hassled.
