Situated a 5-minute walk from the historical Balyuan Tower and Madona of Japan Park, this stylish contemporary hotel houses a business centre, a spa and a gym. I was looking forward to using the outdoor pool but it was closed. I shared my disappointment with the staff and they went way out of their way and upgraded my room for the 3 nights I was there. The staff all were incredible and extremely attentive and supportive for all of my needs. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay at XYZ again. Hopefully the pool will be open then.
