My husband and I really liked the location as it was nestled just outside of town which provided a nice and quiet nook. We got to enjoy the facilities especially the swimming pool as they had a separate one apart from the main pool. They also have an amazing view of the ocean and the surrounding islands at their rooftop bar that also had a jacuzzi. The hotel itself offered complimentary non-alcoholic drinks everyday - this was freshly delivered in our room after clean up. They also provided complimentary evening snacks which was a delight every time we would be back after a night out. The food they serve is delicious but it definitely is a westernized menu, so if you are looking for something more local going out is advised! An employee called Philip, was brilliant! He remembered our names throughout our stay and was always very helpful, and made sure our needs were met. He was genuinely friendly and warm, he wasn't too imposing which can be difficult for my husband and I as we are quite the introvert. The establishment is environmentally conscious and promotes sustainability throughout their facilities. Overall, I cannot fault our stay at this hotel. We would gladly stay at their other locations given the opportunity again. Highly recommend!

Featuring elegant décor, stylish rooms are equipped with a DVD player, a seating area and a dining area with a microwave. Bathrooms are private and include free toiletries and shower facilities. The place has amazing facilities, it has karaoke rooms, free bikes, free kayak, game rooms, board games and you even get to have a free access for 1 day at their water park plus plus their free day tours. Breakfast was really nice, many options to choose from and the foods served were all great, we also availed their dinner buffet and it was amazing with all the evening shows to entertain you while eating. Hotel room was huge with huge beds as well and it was well kept. Housekeeping staffs kept our room clean and tidy the whole time during our stay. ABOVE ALL, the staffs made everything extra special. They were all friendly, approachable and helpful. You get to be greeted everyday with genuine wide smiles from the reception, by the guards, maintenance team, f&b staffs and housekeepers. One of the best hotels I ever stayed with. Thank you for giving us a restful and enjoyable stay.

• Set in a cove bordered by thick forests, Lagen Island Resort is located in beautiful El Nido, Palawan. An on-site marine sports centre offers activities like diving, kayaking.

• Guests can enjoy observing wildlife on the property or swimming with tropical fishes. Resort activities include hiking, snorkelling and mangrove or cave tours. The resort also has an outdoor pool, a spa and a library. My friend and I spent 4 nights at Lagen. The full experience was great from airport pick up (dedicated counter at airport) to the transfer to the island. The property has a great location; the rooms are well kept, the activities, the food, drinks but most of all the staff absolutely the best. One day we went to the big lagoon, we kayaked out way back to the boat, there were a few other boats, it was windy and there was current, somehow our kayak ended up under the proa of the hotel boat and with the waves we were afraid it would hit us in the head, another boat passed by so close and made more waves which made the situation more difficult, our Lagen guide didn’t hesitate to throw himself to the water to help us! we tried to find him later but this was the day before we checked out. Will anyone in the hotel help us find him? my friend and I are avid travelers, I live in UAE where hospitality has a high standard and to me El Nido Lagen is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in my whole life! loved everyday of my holiday

We love everything about HUE! The location is great, just beside Robinsons Mall and infront of Chowking and Bonchon. The look of the hotel exterior was really aesthetic. You can clearly see the rooftop pool from the outside. Our room was spacious. It even has a room for our two kids with bunkbeds and 2 lazy couches. It has 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Really a value for money. The rooftop pool has an amazing view, especially at sunset. It is kid friendly and even has a life guard on duty. It is also kept clean at all times. It has a gym and a spa too (which I enjoyed the most!). The daily breakfast were delicious, and it varies everyday. The staff were all helpful, accommodating, welcoming and kind. Our room was always kept clean by the cleaning staffs. They also make sure that the toiletries were changed or replaced everyday. All in all, we had a great time at HUE!

We absolutely loved our stay in Bay Area. Especially the customer service, everyone was very kind and nice to us, they did their best to make our holidays in Coron just perfect. They organised our tours in the island and packed breakfast for us when we had to leave way too early for the ferry. Big thanks to everyone! The food at the restaurant is also deliciouuuus
