It is by far the best place we stayed at. It was cosy and fancy, perfect setting for movie night with the family and friends. The open plan looks absolutely amazing and you can tell the host is taking good care of the place to keep it in immaculate state. It was easy to collect the key, we just had to text the host 10 mins before arrival and he met us to drop and pick up the key. The jacuzzi hot tub in the upstairs bathroom was to dream for and amazing experience.

Hotel Cardinal ligger i Vintu De Jos, 9 km fra Sebeş og 14 km fra Alba Carolina-citadellet. Der er spa på stedet. Der er gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. Excellent room size, everything worked, clean, top staff ...there is hard to find a flaw here (I managed - see below, but hard to say if those are real flaws or just coincidences). We even got a free room upgrade, since they ran out of a particular room type. Dinner in hotel restaurant was delicious. I am rating 10, because for the price the property was exceptional even on Romanian standards.

Spacious rooms, very clean and the staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant (where we had very tasty meals and when one slight issue happened it was dealt very professionally). The location was a bonus as the distance to centre town could be done by foot in less than 20 min.

Large, clean, well equipped apartment in tourist residence in Albac with welcoming, helpful owners. Excellent base to explore the mountains, caves, cascades etc around.

Very nice and helpful host. 10 minutes walk to the Scarisoara Cave.

The owners were friendly, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the property was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

They answered our questions really fast and helped us change a room (because of some miner issues) without any hesitation. We had a short but great time there. Also the crews in spa are really friendly and supportive. They helped me something, and then said: sorry... my English is not good. But for me it's not a problem at all. I wish all the people working there are healthy and happy in the new year!

I came with my husband and 2 children on a roadtrip through Romania. Marylou was a fantastic place to stay in. It deserves all the best grades. Breakfast was diverse and fresh and tasty. Location as well. Walking distance from the main attraction, fortress. It was comfortable, clean and the staff was polite and welcoming.
