We were on 6th floor. Very new, very modern with opalescent mosaic bathroom as special feature. Enough table space in the bathroom to lay things down. 2 power outlets, 1 USB-A and 1 USB-C on every nightstand. Details like bottle opener in bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Shopping street only 1 block away. Lake promenade only 3 blocks away.

Set in natural surroundings overlooking Lake Vättern and Visingsö Island, this hotel is 8 minutes’ drive from Gränna Harbour.

The best cozy stay on the road across Sweden to Stockholm or just to explore the views and walks along Vättern Staff is always super welcoming and service minded, the whole setups is very convenient and the main building gives some grandeur and a very nice breakfast view. All facilities are there including charging and sauna - and the are very dog friendly with dedicated rooms for guests with dogs, also for when dining/breakfast if the dog prefers to be with their family

Everything! Hotel is very well located, 6-7 min pleasant walk from the main railway/bus station, famous Matchstick area and lake; 10-15 min pleasant walk from the university campus; 15 min pleasant walk from shopping area. Staff is rather kind, polite, friendly and helpful (especially the guy at the reception desk in night shift, 2-5 Dec 2025). Vey clean hotel, offering high-quality wi-fi. Comfortable, spacious room, with super-comfy bed and pillows - I had a perfect night-rest! I also adored the gentle scent of the bathroom cosmetics, which was rather pleasant for my skin. Breakfast and dinner are delicious - great choice and variety of very tasty food. Fika is also very nice touch. However, it is not only about good food. In Home Hotel Victoria, it is even more about the ambient where you eat! Dining area is amazing and I enjoyed the space itself as much as the food. It is previous inner courtyard, that is covered by rather high glass-roof (so you have a kind of feeling like eating under the sky) and excellently decorated. There was not enough time in my tight business agenda for sauna, but I managed to treat myself once - nice, enjoyable experience. As for the price and value for money, I do believe it is quite ok for Sweden, although a bit expensive for me personally. If I ever visit Jonkoping again, it would be my pleasure to stay here. Meanwhile, heartful recommendation to other guests!
