The staff, especially Ingrid, who gave us exceptional service and made us feel very welcome. The cleanliness and the delightful decor of the rooms. The dining area and all the 'extras' such as fruit, soft drinks, biscuits, crisps, and chocolates that were available. It was a very relaxed and comfortable stay and we would certainly stay here again. This is a very well run comfortable hotel.
