The hotel is so charming and staff are so friendly, specially the front counter girl, and the housekeeping boy, and staff serving the breakfast Noppawce and Atthanee, another girl who was off on Tuesday I forgot to note her name when we leave. Really feel relaxing and warm welcome in this place like home. The hotel breakfast got everyday special menu. Sweet!

We had a wonderful stay at The 99 Heritage Hotel in Chiang Mai. The location is ideal for exploring the old city, with many temples and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, combining charm and elegance in a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our children especially loved the swimming pool, which was a real highlight for the whole family. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

The staff were incredible, helpful and kind, the rooms and bathroom were clean, there is a partition in the shower, the pool was fun to hang in and around though the water was cold. They have a fridge with drinks and a cabin with snacks at reasonable orices, a pool bar where you can order food and drinks, and also a table that offers cookies, crackers, bananas, coffee and other hot beverages free, all day long. They allowed me to order one breakfast set for both me and my son, it was more than enough, very tasty. It was close enough to everything but not necessarily within walking distance, we used songtaew (30 baht per person) or bolt to get around. We stayed in chiang mai for almost two months and this hotel was fully booked for the entire time. It was definitely my favorite.
