Judith and Doc are amazing, attentive, and always willing to help. It's a wonderful house. The breakfast was great! (Even when Doc had to prepare it 😃). The location is fun with a lot of restaurants and bars to hop. I recommend it to all!

She was incredibly hospitable and kind. She made our trip wonderful! We also had a wonderful dinner at the golden hour and Deshun was amazing!

The Inn on Fall River & Fall River Cabins features a shared lounge, terrace, a bar and BBQ facilities in Estes Park. Great property next to the river. Rooms are cozy and well equipped. The fire place is great and it is east order firewood on the tablet in the room on which you could also order drinks, get helpful information and quickly check out. Rooms were well equipped with everything we needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good laundry facilities (you can buy washing powder at reception). There is also a computer and printer for guest use.

Had a wonderful stay at Elktrace Bed and Breakfast! The property was beautiful, rooms were very clean and tidy, and breakfast included wonderful conversation with the hosts and guests. If we’re ever back in Pagosa Springs, will always choose to stay here!
