Staff was friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early and were able to check in with no problem. The place was very clean, room was comfortable. Great location.

Also there were vegan patties available too, what a bonus for vegetarian, thanks heaps. Room was comfy, warm, and clean.

Great location both for everyday commute to NYC as well as for staying at a quiet place. Having the chance to watch the Macy’s fireworks from in front of the hotel and yet having a fantastic view was a great plus! The staff was super friendly and their Italian-style restaurant was also great!
