Number one is the staff……totally efficient and able to address and solve more complex travellers issues.As well, from front desk to room attendants, I was greeted each day with genuine enthusiasm regarding customer care. Number two is hotel amenities…….. gym, weights, mats, all with the rooftop view…… who wouldn’t want to work out!? 😃 And of course, the wonderful rooftop swim spa which you may book at your convenience for private use. Loved it. Number three is LOCATION….. it simply doesn’t get better than this sweet Punta Carretas neighbourhood. With the hotel right on the Rambla, there is shopping and the fantastic selection of restaurants all right around the corner. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, you have always got the wonderful view……

The coastal walkway is only 500 metres away. The staff was perhaps the friendliest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel (where I have spent much of my time due to work). The hotel has true charm, the breakfast was top (not something I usually am paying too much attention to but it stood out how artfully they served my scrambled eggs!). The furnishings is not modern or new but it is part of the style and fits 100%. Bathroom facilities and library also top. I loved my one night here.

Breakfast is available on site. outstanding in every aspect. arrived at 9am as was fleeing a dump of a hotel in Piriapolis and was allowed to not only check in early but also enjoy breakfast. this is a very nice airport hotel with excellent service.
