Perfect, fully equipped. Nice and clean, closer to everything

We had a very large room with a separate hallway with large wardrobe. There were comfortable armchairs and table plus fridge in the room. There was a large balcony with dining furniture and furniture to relax in. There was a nice view of the harbour. There was a good breakfast buffet which was extra cost but very modest.

We were made to feel extremely welcome by the friendly owners who clearly care deeply about the comfort of their guests. The breakfast was exceptional and plentiful; a great example of what the Danes do best. Not only is the location beautiful with stunning views over the water – as an added bonus, we enjoyed the considerable collection of paintings by renowned Danish artist (and father of the current owner) Arne Haugen Sørensen – along with key Danish design pieces in the dining room.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Good pizzas on site and plenty of other dining options in walking distance. Across the road is the ferry to Hundested opening up a wider area to explore.

This place was amazing. The owners were always kind and helpful. I would recommend it 100%.

Near the sea. A bit of a walk to the shops, but flat. Nice surf centre nearby that does drinks and a variety of food. The garden is lovely with plenty of wildlife. There's a local cat that is friendly and quite chatty. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house itself is lovely, lots of room. Our teenagers were able to spread away from us old folks.

We loved to stay in this charming cottage in the country side. It was perfectly insulated from the cold and the size was great for a couple. We would like to remark the kindness and hospitality of the hosts Ulrik and Karen! Highly recommended!

Lovely house full of hygge, more spacious than I thought from the pictures. I loved that the area was not isolated but still very quiet and cozy. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, and in general the whole house is a real pleasure to be in. The garden is amazing, got the chance to enjoy the most beautiful starry sky from the terrace, a few nights ago. Definitely a recommended place.
