Clean, comfortable spacious room. Very comfy bed! The shared bathrooms are super clean and sort of private. I was a bit worried about this but it was beyond my expectation. I wish every city had a nice budget spot like this.

My wife and I stayed here in May 24. Our room 2 was spacious and comfortable. We had a separate bath/ WC which was literally just across the corridor. The apartment building was spacious , beautiful and steeped in history. The sun terrace was also a lovely area to chill. The apartment building is in easy walking distance of the main attraction areas. Local shops/ bars and restaurants too.

Breakfast was delicious, healthy, and abundant. It definitely help up to the stunning reviews we had read.
Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable.

We were warmly welcomed by reception and taken straight to our rooms where we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. We had a room with the terrace/balcony overlooking the mountains, which was spectacular.

Close to the center. The paid parking (Kennedy) is just 1 minute walking. I felt like in a house. It has 2 stairs levels: on ground floor is a bathroom, kitchen, inner terrace and living room. First floor -bedroom and a balcony. Second floor- another bathroom

Simple Hotel yet very clean, comfortable and practical. Loved the family room, with two spacious bedrooms, both with TVs.very comfortable beds. Staff was also very helpful and caring. They even let us visit the Suite 200 that was used by Ayrton Senna during his final weekend in Imola.

Family hotel, we stay only for one night, buy all was super. Perfect location. We have family room, with 2 bedrooms and big balcony. Hotel has its own parking. Breakfast was tasty. And I want to thank Stelvio, for his kindness and hospitality. Hope to see this wonderful place again)

Everything. The room was very spacious, cozy, confy beds, tv, tea, water. The bathroom was big and with soft towels and mini sets for shower. We stayed at the top of the building and had access to a terrace where we could look down on the canal. The breakfast was just perfect, enough choices and very good. We also liked the staff, at reception they speak english very well and were very nice. They cleaned our room every day.

There is everything you need to feel like at home.
Perfect clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice garden and spacious balcony. Two bedrooms with comfortable full size double beds.
The apartment is lovely decorated.

They upgraded my room upon arrival so it was bigger than the basic one I had booked. Room was spacious, on the last floor, and was quiet. Bathroom was big too.
Facilities are amazing, from co working space to restaurant to a decent gym.
The hotel is conveniently located behind the train station (less than 5min), and is about 15/20min away from the beginning of the city centre.

Beautiful house with a lovely garden, close to the centre of town and all the main historical sites. The owners were very friendly and helpful and our room was spacious, with access to the garden through a small terrace. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean.
