The hosts are incredibly accomodating and sweet. I only speak English and they made sure to use a translator to help me understand what I needed to. The included dinners and breakfasts were phenomenal, and the on site mini-onsen was really nice after a day hiking.

Kamenoi Hotel Ome is great value. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of Tama river and Okutama mountains. Included was the hotel's health-restorative hot spring spa. The restaurant served delicious meals with staff who were so polite and helpful.

Room view of Tama-ko and Fuji-san was amazing. The older gentleman waiter at the breakfast was so friendly and took great photos of us. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name.

The staff was so accommodating and very nice. They were a highlight for us. Our room was big and felt like a retreat in the middle of our travels. The baths were very nice and clean. We had a great time.
