This is a very nice accommodation, the view from the window is beautiful over the lake, good location next to the ropeway station at the viewpoint of Mt. Fuji. They have a great lounge with good drinks and food. We went to the private hot spring bath with a beautiful view of the lake. Very spacious room with a good design.

The staff were super friendly and the hospitality was very nice. The room and the environment were very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. We can see Mt. Fuji through our room's window and the window from the public onsen. The location of the hotel was great and they provided shuttle service to Kawaguchino station. The dinner and breakfast meals were amazing! Everything here was 5 stars

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths. Very nice ryokan managed by very nice people. The location is the best of all in Nagano, nearly in front of the Zenkoji temple. If you wish to try a Ryokan, which is something very different from a western style hotel and refreshing in many ways, just book it!

Takayama jaamast vaid 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel paiknev Oyado Koto No Yume pakub jaapanipärase stiili ja värvikate elementidega tube. Location was amazing- walking distance from the station and from the old town. The place was beautiful, and the rooms had everything. Futons were very comfy. The onsen was the best I tried so far (but I haven’t tried a lot). We did the private bath, and it was really nice. They also lend you yukatas to wear around the ryokan. And the staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful!
