What a wonderful place! We booked a suite and it was so worth the money paid - huge room, comfortable bed, massive sofa (like a second bed), hinoki bathtub was the size of a small swimming pool and ofcourse the onsen on the balcony with the most breathtaking views of the Atami! We also had a fridge stocked with complementary drinks + welcome cookies every day! They also offer you a welcome drink at the tea salon located on Lvl 8! The dinner was delicious and beautifully presented; traditional breakfast was not far behind! Absolutely loved our stay and would love to stay here again someday!

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. exceptional stay. Hotel views are spectacular. The free breakfast and evening buffet is amazing. The free shuttle to the station is huge bonus. The property is kept super clean and the staff is wonderful and very hospitable. The rooms are so spacious and the views from the room is unbeatable. I loved it!!!!

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Awesome stay in a traditional-style Japanese hotel. The rooms provided a really authentic feel and had great views both of Mt Fuji and of the lake. The breakfast was nice with a great variety of dishes available. But wow, the highlight was the dinner. We were served in a private room for groups, and our server (M) was incredible - very friendly and patient and always went out of her way to help us and explain things, even if there was occasionally some gap in language.

Peacefully situated on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi in the scenic Mount Fuji area, Japanese-style hot spring hotel Kasuitei Ooya features rooms with stunning lake views, some boasting a private... Everything was amazing, the location, the room, the onsen, the staff. Pure delight and would definitely return!

The staff was just great, the kindness and the way they tried to accomodate any request made them the most warm and kind staff we have ever met in our three weeks trip in Japan! My wife is vegan so she could not eat the same meal with me but they were happy to offer her what they could at the table (beverages) while I was eating. The room is a bit outdated but to be honest is not a big problem. The meals were just fantastic, little to add here. High quality good, great amount, every dish was explained at its best. I would defined recommend a stay here!

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths. The room was huge and had a very classic japanese Ryokan look

The room was very spacious, the breakfast delicious, the onsen beautiful and the staff very welcoming! Loved it here!

Takayama jaamast vaid 2-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel paiknev Oyado Koto No Yume pakub jaapanipärase stiili ja värvikate elementidega tube. Excellent location, comfortable rooms, outstanding staff!!!! Breakfast is wonderful, and the public baths were great. Lovely touches like sake tasting and yukata assistance were much apprciated.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The whole onsen experience was amazing. From the reception to being introduced to the room. We had yukata's (traditional home garments). Our private onsen was great. The room was beautiful, The futon bed super comfy. The food was OMG.... literally Michelin star (and I've bee at Michelin star restaurants). Staff was extremely helpful and assisted us booking travel to any place around. The location was great to just take a stroll and discover the Kawaguchi lake.
