Love the luxury zen feel of the hotel. Everything was impeccable and the rooms were so comfortable. My favourite naturally was the onsen with it's bamboo materials and lovely pools. It's within walking distance to Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens, Odori Park and the Sapporo TV Tower...Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

The place is amazing, the room, the onsrn with many different kinds of baths and breathtaking views in winter time. I had a facial aromatic massage and it was excellent. I wish I had stayed longer.

Thank you, it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Japan, it is not the most expensive but it is the best, the service attitude, the room is very beautiful, dinner and dinner are very delicious, it is wonderful, I will stay again next time when I go to Dingshan River, the room has hot springs, you can look at the snow mountain hot springs.
