Ryoutei Ryokan Takechiyo Kirishima Bettei ligger i Kirishima, 15 minutters gang fra Kirishima Jingu Shrine og 16 km fra Ebino-plateauet. Very comfortable room and nice public bath. The staff were also very helpful and friendly; we got there after sunset and had trouble finding the place in the dark (please make plans to reach before it gets dark!), but the staff were keeping a lookout for us in the cold at the main gate. Appreciate the hospitality and effort to communicate with us even though we did not understand Japanese. The food was also exceptional! Best kaiseki we’ve had! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Beautiful hotel that conveyed the essence of the culture and the layout of the room was perfect. Staff was amazing and hospitable. We selected the breakfast to be included and it exceeded our expectations. It made our experience!
