El Hoshidekan Ryokan (miembro del Japanese Inn Group) es un edificio de madera construido en la década de 1920 y situado a 500 metros de la estación de tren de Kintetsu Iseshi. Es una casa muy antigua situada al norte de la estación de Iseshi. La ubicación es buena para visitar tanto el templo exterior como el interior y el resto de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y nos ha ayudado mucho. 100% recomendado para una estancia de 1 o varios días.

We were bike packing the Pacific cycle route and this guesthouse is on the route so very convenient. Lovely family rum establishment with everyone making a real effort to please. Magnificent meals. Highly recommended

I was expecting ordinary cheap accommodation, but I got a pleasant stay in an old Japanese house. Bathroom and toilet outside the room, but extremely clean and comfortable. You can have breakfast or dinner in the bistro next door. There are tea plantations around, a beautiful environment. In the category of "cheap accommodation", it is absolutely exceptional.

Owase Seaside View se encuentra en Owase, a 20 km de Ubuta Shrine, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis y terraza. Amazing accommodations and amenities, beautiful view, a good onsen available basically all the time, and amazing food. I highly recommend booking the sea view room, and getting breakfast and dinner included. The quality of service blew us away. All the staff are extremely kind, and the dinners we had here were our favourites from our trip.

Ise-Shima Ohtaya Healing Stay está en Toba, a 8 min a pie de Playa de Chidorigahama y a 29 km de Gran Santuario de Ise. I really like this place. The female owner has an inquisitive mind, a warm personality, and a kind heart. Her English is good enough to communicate and ask for help. The sauna and the private onsen in the room are top-notch. I did not check the public onsen with natural hot spring, but heard it's amazing too. I booked the 5th floor with an ocean view, and the private onsen experience during starry night and the set rise were indeed amazing! The hotel itself is located in a remote little cute fish town called osatsucho, where you can find fishmen and women harvesting and selling the Ise lobsters in the morning by the port. It was a very unique and interesting experience to stay in that little town for two days during the winter when it was not crowded at all. The nearest convenience store is 10 + miles away. It was a very natural, grounding, even retreat-like experience to me, and it was drastically different from my experience in Tokyo, Nayoga, or Osaka. I did spot a few demolished houses with broken windows in the town, not sure if it's because of COVID or during the winter when there were fewer tourists. The big plus is the Shinmei shrine next door to the hotel, which is a very calming and spiritual place to visit and stay for a bit too.

Hanashinsui se encuentra en Toba, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Shirahama, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The food is luxurious, delicious and the quantity can stun the biggest eaters. But most of all, the hospitality of the staff is over the roof, absolutely exceptional service and kindness, words can't express how much we have been taken care of. Really grateful for all the kindness.
