Majutusasutus Ito Ryokan asub Tokyo Chuo Wardi linnaosas, 200 meetri kaugusel Jaapani traditsioonilise meditsiini monumendist, 400 meetri kaugusel Amazake Yokocho ostutänavast ja 500 meetri kaugusel... The authentic style of the ryokan, along with the warm welcome from the owner and staff, made the stay special. Everyone speaks English very well.

Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. Great stay! Perfect location with pleasant and helpful staff. There’s also a fantastic local restaurant nearby.

Kahetärniline Ryokan Sansuiso asub Tokyos, 300 meetri kaugusel Remy Gotanda ostukeskusest ja 400 meetri kaugusel kultuuripaketi muuseumist. It is a nice and quaint location. If you are interested in experiencing more traditional Japanese hotel with tatami mats and sleeping on a futon, this is a good option for low price. Naturally it does not provide onsen and the very exotic Ryokan style food service. The owner is really nice. I can only form the most basic Japanese sentences and he does not speak a lot of English, but still we understood each other. Check-in and introductions for the room and the facilities was all done verbally. I only had to rely on a translator app when I requested a taxi to Shinagawa station during check-out. It is not a bad walk, but it was raining so I did not want to get myself and my luggage wet. Taxi fare was 1600 yen. If you are walking to the Ryokan from Shinagawa station, then I recommend planning your route to approach from the south. If you take the slightly smaller street towards the Gotanda Waterfront Plaza, the T-intersection at the end is a very good indicator you are very close by and do not need to worry about walking too far and missing your turn.

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet. It's very close to some cool shopping streets! There's a couple of nearby stations (within 15 minutes or so). The owners are very friendly and patient.

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. We stayed in the Kiku room. The room size is great for 2 people (about 15 square metres) and very clean. The bathroom is spacious for us. The location is fantastic, so close to Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise Street and the Asakusa train lines (Metro, Toei etc). The lobby has coffee and hot water machines where you can make your coffee and tea. Snacks are also provided. The hotel is also very quiet at night, and the ryokan have a noise curfew policy between 10 pm to 7 am. We are so glad that we chose to stay in the Asakusa area.

Situated 200 metres from Choen-ji Temple, 寅ホテル 御徒町 TORA HOTEL Okachimachi in Tokyo features rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. It is set 300 metres from Tokaku-ji Temple and offers a lift. It was super lovely! The facility is good. The house is cute and clean. Everything was new and stylish! The bed was sooo comfortable as well! Highly recommend for a group of 6 people for a comfy stay. I would definitely return here again

Tokyo linnas asuv cyashitsu ryokan asakusa on 300 meetri kaugusel Asakusa Fujiasama pühamust ja 7,5 km kaugusel kesklinnast. A true unforgettable Japanese experience. Everything was perfect and specially the staff who were beyond any expectations. Would definitely come back.

Tokyo inn Sakura An asub Tokyos, 200 meetri kaugusel Tokyo Origami muuseumist ja 600 meetri kaugusel Chiisanagarasunohonno muuseumist. The place fits perfectly for a family, it’s cozy, spacious(compared to regular Japanese hotel stay), comfortable and close to convenience stores and Asakusa Sta. We travelled with our two teenagers and they loved the closet style beds. The host was always attentive of our needs and questions. It was indeed a pleasant stay and well recommended for sure.

Situated in Tokyo, within 1.5 km of Sensoji Temple and 2.2 km of Tokyo Skytree, Ryokan Nakadaya offers accommodation with a shared lounge. This was booked for my sister who was traveling alone. Her review is: A perfect blend of traditional furnishings (tatami rooms with futons) and modern amenities (showers, fridge, washer, dryer). Whatever extra needs you have, the proprietor, Tatsuo-san, will make it happen. The man never sleeps and makes you feel 100% taken care of. His wife is seldom there, but her hand is felt throughout the house and in the way the place is run. Just follow the (few, reasonable) house rules, and you will have your own perfect quiet island
